A New Look

As Blackpool fans brace themselves for an announcement on the managerial position at Bloomfield Road, we’ve decided to go for a bit of a change here on Vital Blackpool.

Popular forum member Eamonn Moore has joined the website as the new co-editor following the departures of TangerineLordy and Jerry.

I would like to thank both Lordy and Jerry for their efforts last season, and give a big welcome to Eamonn onto the editorial team, who officially starts today.

Already a keen contributor to the website, Eamonn should have no problem fitting in.

This pre-season you can expect regular updates on transfer activity along the seaside, coupled with all the latest news on the managerial front in the next few weeks.

We’ll be covering all friendlies extensively, whilst providing a scouting feature on players who BFC might be looking at from the lower leagues.

And as for next campaign, the website aims to continue the Men in Black (rate the ref) and man of the match features which have proved a great success.

That’s for after the match, but before the game we will be providing in-depth analysis on each and every game with more opposition interviews, head-to-head records and a one-to-watch preview.

All this, we hope, adds up to a new look Vital Blackpool in our search to publish the best quality possible.

All unofficial. All for the fans.

Good luck for the future boys. Whenever I can, I’ll aim to help churn out the odd article, but this is for the best. Things can only get better from here for next season! :]
