The Seasiders have begun stepping up their recruitment for the new season today as Ishmel Demontagnac joins Neal Eardley at the seaside.

The former Walsall man has had on and off the field troubles during his short career, but after being handed a one year deal with an option of another, will be hoping to kick on at Bloomfield Road.

Just like with Neal Eardley, the 21-year-old will go straight into the squad which plays QPR tomorrow. However, Demontagnac is more likely to play a part after being on trial at Blackpool for a few weeks now.

And he’s impressed in those few weeks on the right wing, culminating in a lively display against Everton on Tuesday night.
