Manager Gary Bowyer has been reflecting on the victory over Doncaster Rovers this weekend.
Hosting the side at Bloomfield Road for this weekend’s League Two action, Blackpool eventually took a semi comfortable four two victory, but Bowyer knew that with how the game ebbed and flowed it was a nervy end and it would’ve been ‘squeaky bum time’ had their other penalty effort gone in.
Speaking to BBC Radio Lancashire in his post game press conference, Bowyer admitted that nerves kicked in for the side as the game came to an end, so he was just going to be happy with the three points.
