Manager Neil McDonald and Tom Aldred have both been speaking ahead of Blackpool’s game against Fleetwood Town this weekend.
With three games remaining in the 2015/16 season and Blackpool sitting in 21st place in the League One table, they are three points from Fleetwood and safety, so the result could be key to survival chances this term – especially with Shrewsbury game in hand on them.
This isn’t lost on the manager as he explained the club have three games to save themselves from successive relegations, and put this season right.
As for Aldred, he spoke of how ‘massive’ the game was himself to chances of avoiding the drop.
