Manager Neil McDonald has given his thoughts following the one nil defeat to Bradford City earlier today.

Hosting them at Bloomfield Road, a goal nine minutes after the half time restart was enough to see them travel home with maximum points from the match, and although they had greater chances on the day and possession, Blackpool were reduced to ten men with Will Aimson seeing red for two yellow card offences.

Speaking to the media in his after game interviews, McDonald was trying to take the positives and was confident there were enough games left in the 2015-16 season for Blackpool to pull away from the relegation threat, with the loss putting the club in 20th place – joint on 34 points with Shrewsbury Town who are in the bottom four.
