Manager Neil McDonald has reflected on Blackpool’s draw with Bury earlier today.
Hosting David Flitcroft’s side at Bloomfield Road for the match, the manager was pleased with the performance on show once more as Blackpool have a mini revival going at the minute, and whilst he was disappointed to see the side take the lead but not hold on for all three points, he knew he had to be pretty content with a point on the day following the threat that Bury carry.
With the victory over Crewe last weekend lifting Blackpool up the table, the point keeps the club two points clear in 20th place outside of the dropzone but Oldham continue to have three games in hand, with the other three all having one in hand.
