Manager Neil McDonald has spoken of his delight at picking up victory against Doncaster Rovers yesterday.
Taking the one nil victory at the Keepmoat Stadium with a late Mark Cullen goal being enough to return all three points and make it seven from the last available nine, McDonald told the press that obviously he was delighted with the recent performances and the recent points haul, but given Blackpool’s place in the League One table the hard work for the players certainly wasn’t over and in the remaining games still to come this year, there was plenty more for the side to do.
With Cullen getting the winner, he was also interviewed at the full time whistle and he believed there was more than enough in the camp to dig themselves out of the ‘mess’ the club have been in again this year.
