Manager Neil McDonald has given his thoughts following the capture of Liam Smith and Lloyd Jones today.
The 20 year old heads to Bloomfield Road on a deal that sees him remain until the end of the current campaign from Newcastle United and having been handed the No 22 shirt for his stay with the club, he could debut against Millwall this weekend.
Jones, who suffered knee and ankle damage back in September, has now returned to fitness following his return to Liverpool for treatment and rehabilitation, and he now resumes his season long loan with Blackpool.
Danny Philliskirk has also been interviewed, and he was speaking about his confidence that Blackpool’s luck in front of goal would soon change as well.
