Manager Neil McDonald was taking the positives from last night’s game against Chesterfield.
Taking the one all draw with the hosts at the Proact Stadium scoring a few minutes after Potts broke the deadlock in the second half, McDonald clearly would’ve preferred the win – and he knew Blackpool had the chances to take all three points on the day – but he was going to be content enough with the point, especially given the performance he saw from the players.
Speaking to the media in his after game press interviews, McDonald highlighted the fact that for him, the passing and movement from the players, was probably the best the side had clicked together in that department since the start of the season.
