On Tuesday, Blackpool confirmed both the fixture date and ticket prices for our FA Cup third round tie against Championship side Barnsley.
Following the draw earlier in the week, we knew we would host Paul Heckingbottom’s side at Bloomfield Road across the weekend of January 6-10 but having now held discussions with the Oakwell outfit, the authorities and discovered which third round ties will be televised, the details can be revealed.
The game therefore takes place on Saturday January 7 and carries a 3pm kick off time.
Bloomfield prices for the match have been announced as follows:
Adults £15
O60s £10
U19s £5
Tickets go on sale from Thursday this week at the ticket office.
Obviously in light of this, the League Two clash against Crawley Town that had been originally scheduled in the fixture list for that day has now been postponed, but there is not yet agreement on the rearranged date.
