Bean becomes the second midfielder to sign to the club today after Matty Kay signed a two year deal this morning. Like Kay, Bean has signed a two year deal with a view to a third year.

Bean arrived at the club on loan from QPR last season and then signed till the end to of the season. Bean didn`t want to commit to the club until he knew that the team would be playing League One football in the forthcoming season.

Bean started his career at QPR making 44 starts for Hoops, he then spend two short loan spells in the south of Wales with Swansea. He moved to Bloomfield Road in January and appeared 18 times in the tangerine shirt.
