England are on the box, but whilst you’re watching why not have a read of these hilarious posts from readers of skysports.com?

I’m not going to divulge much opinion on these quotes. Just have a look and have a comment on them in our forum and under this article.

All comments are in response to an article by a Nottingham Forest fan on the Sky website. Click here >>>

Matthew Smith (Arsenal fan) says…
Blackpool are rubbish and the play-offs are the biggest joke in English football, a cash cow for the Football League that punishes more consistent and deserving teams. The only people getting excited about Blackpool v Man U are Pool fans, the rest of us just roll our eyes. Cardiff taking all their nutters to Old Trafford, or West Ham, Chelsea or Spurs would be massive games…er, but Blackpool? FAIL. How about the mouthwatering Midlands derbies gone begging now that Nottingham missed out? And for all you Pool fans slagging off Forest, back to back European Cups says you need to pipe down small fry.

Adam Butler (Sheffield Wednesday fan) says…
I totally agree with everything said here. I can wat to see the orange face paint start to dribble down the tangerine faces when they are relegated by Feb. Im a Sheffield Wednesday fan. We did the double over Blackpool this season and are still a bigger club than BFC, but were in league 1. What went wrong??

Adam King says…
Not to side too much with a Trees fan but he’s right. Blackpools celebrations wont last long, they will get absolutely stuffed next year over and over again. Holloway has never been able to manage a budget, expect big time flops of epic proportions.

But, as has been found in the last couple of days, that for every bitter comment there are four positive ones which counter it. Just like these…

James Hemstock ( Nottingham Forest fan) says…
I am a Forest Fan and i have to say im pleased for Blackpool, they showed the passion our boys didn’t and just wanted it more than us! yes they got the bounce of the ball on a few occasions but you get that for working hard and they deserved it. As a Forest fan im pleased they beat Cardiff and think they especially didn’t deserve it with their financial status. Realistically i think you will get relegated but you will make a bloody good go of it, the effort and fight you showed against us will stand you in good stead and i hope you have a great season and enjoy every last minute! As for Nick Miller the only thing i truly agree with is that we aren’t ready yet, last season we avoided the drop with 2 games to go so to finish 3rd a year later was a miracle, maybe 1 more year and a decent left back and we will be ready! Enjoy it Blackpool, you deserve it!

Mbogori Patrick (Manchester United fan) says…
Hey lay off the funny man and his ‘make-shift’ team, everybody deserves what they end up getting, I watched that match with cardiff city and that was a first half I have not seen in english football in a mighty long time, if they can perform anything like that for the period they spend in the epl, they will not see relegation, but on the real? that team needs some serious tuning, no way will the Seasiders go into the epl with that and not suffer at the hands of the bigger waves.

Lorraine Pothecary says…
Dear Blackpool fans…foreget all about the haters! I think its great to see so many people happy when their team makes the ‘Big Time’ . Look forward to your visit to the Bridge next season. Whatever next season brings, enjoy, enoy, enjoy. The futures bright, the future’s Orange!

The internet is a funny place!
