Blackpool showed great character in coming from behind twice to draw 2-2 at home to Wolves in the Sky showdown.

Sylvan Ebanks-Blake smashed home a third minute penalty after a foul by Rob Edwards on Chris Iwelumo.

However, ‘Pool hit back straight away with a poked finish by Gary Taylor-Fletcher from a long Barker throw. This inspired the Seasiders, who grew as the first half progressed, and chances for Kyel Reid and Liam Dickinson flashed wide before the break.

Matt Jarvis, who was providing stiff competition for debutant Ian Harte all evening, put the visitors ahead again with twenty minutes remaining.

Tony Parkes’ side weren’t to be undone, and as Ian Evatt challenged Hennessey, the ball ran free to skipper Edwards who prodded home to give us a deserved point, with just four miniutes left on the clock.
