Breaking News: Keinan Work Permit Granted

In the last few minutes, Sky Sports News have announced that Dekel Keinan has been granted a work permit for his move to Blackpool.

After initially being rejected a permit, Keinan has been granted one after an appeal today and is expected to complete his free transfer to the Seasiders in the coming hours.
