The Football League have released the key dates for the coming 2017/18 season, and the all important fixtures will be released on Wednesday June 21 at 9am.
With the curtain now closed on the season of 2016/17, the make ups for the Championship, League One and League Two are now completed and all three EFL leagues will kick off the new season over the weekend of Friday August 4 to Sunday August 6 for the coming season.
Ahead of that on June 21, we will have the all important fixtures released for the coming campaign and at the other side of the year, the Championship, League One and League Two will come to a close over the weekend of May 5, 2018.

In a change from this season, the order of the Play Offs has been changed, seeing the Championship take place on the Saturday and that is to assist international call ups ahead of the 2018 World Cup.
The festive period will see full fixture programmes on Saturday December 23, Boxing Day, Saturday December 30 and Monday January 1.
Round One of the League Cup, EFL Cup or Carabao Cup will take place immediately after the League openers – midweek slots in the week beginning Monday August 7 and the majority of Premier League clubs will join at Round Two, with those involved in European competition next year joining the Cup at Round Three.
The Final has been set for Sunday February 25.
The EFL Trophy or Checkatrade Trophy begins towards the end of August, with the Round One ties scheduled for the week beginning Monday August 28.
