Sam Roscoe is reportedly interesting a number of clubs including the Premier League side?
Everton, with the Liverpool Echo saying Here Is The City Sport has said as much, are keeping an eye on our defender with him very much of interest to Roberto Martinez.
Roscoe, who’s been with Blackpool since he was 15, has been involved in the U18 side this season with him named on the bench for the Lancashire Senior Cup defeat against Manchester United.
There may well be Everton interest in the giant central defender, who is well over six foot tall, but it’s also said Preston in the Championship and fellow League 1 sides Bury and Fleetwood are also looking at the 17-year-old?
Raids on the lower leagues are something Everton have done a few times in recent years, with success, the most famous example of this being John Stones who was signed from Barnsley a few years back.
The England international could move on for up to £40m this summer with many a top Premier League and European club showing an interest – if Roscoe could be as good as him only time would only tell but the Merseyside club known talent when they see it!
