Following on from the earlier draw for clubs in League One and Two, the 16 invited Category One clubs will soon be given their particular draw.
Split into Northern and Southern sections, each group contains three EFL clubs with and the draw was as follows:
Northern:
Group A
Carlisle United, Fleetwood Town, Morecambe
Group B
Accrington Stanley, Blackpool, Wigan Athletic
Group C
Blackburn Rovers, Bury, Rochdale
Group D
Crewe Alexandra, Oldham Athletic, Port Vale
Group E
Coventry City, Shrewsbury Town, Walsall
Group F
Bradford City, Chesterfield, Rotherham United
Group G
Lincoln City, Mansfield Town, Notts County
Group H

To be drawn in those groups are Everton, Leicester City, Manchester City, Middlesbrough, Newcastle United, Stoke City, Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion.
Southern:

To be drawn in those groups are Brighton, Chelsea, Fulham, Reading, Southampton, Swansea City, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.
The final part of the draw allocating Category One clubs to a group will take place on Wednesday July 12 and fixtures should be allocated at that draw as well. All invited sides will play away from home.
