Ian Holloway has been handed a two-game touchline ban for his remonstrations to a referee earlier this month.

The Seasiders were playing Ipswich Town in the FA Cup and Ollie was less than happy with Eddie Ilderton, who himself had previous with ‘Pool fans.

Ilderton had sent both centre halves that day off – Rob Edwards and Ian Evatt.

The Blackpool gaffer made his point very clear after the second red – taking his hat, scarf and gloves off before throwing them to the ground.

It looks a classic case of reputations going before the actual incident, as the manager was also fined £2,400.

He’ll sit out the games against Watford tomorrow and Coventry next Saturday.
