As expected, Israeli international centre half Dekel Keinan today completed his move to Championship side Cardiff City for a fee in the region of £500,000.

The player, who only joined the Seasiders in the summer on a free transfer from Maccabi Haifa, has signed a two and half year deal with the Bluebirds.

Although the deal is awaiting rubber stamping work permit wise, to all intents and purposes the transfer is complete with both clubs confirming as much on their official websites.

Keinan has struggled to establish himself at Bloomfield Road (hence the move), but has remarkably (according to reports) secured himself a wage rise on the £10,000 a week he was earning in the Premier League – quite incredible for a club millions in debt eh?!

BFC are now expected to bring in another defender to replace Keinan before the close of the transfer window.

Vital wish Keinan, if not Cardiff, well for the future.

Maybe you speak on behalf of Vital Blackpool, but certainly not Vital as a whole !!
