Blackpool confirmed yesterday that the first team would face Manchester United’s reserve side in a behind closed doors friendly later this month.

The game will take place at United’s Training Complex and it will be the third run out of pre season following the Dundee United victory and the game on Friday, but it’s obviously not open to the fans.

The game takes place on Tuesday July 19 and kicks off at 3.30pm.

Four days later we host manager Gary Bowyer’s former club, Blackburn Rovers, at Bloomfield Road.
