The March nominations for the Sky Bet League 2 Player of the Month Award are:

Brad Potts (Blackpool) – winger
Two goals and two assists in five games for the 22-year-old who switched seamlessly between the wing and a role behind the strikers. Allied to his vision and passing ability was his willingness to drive his side forward at every opportunity.

Graham Carey (Plymouth Argyle) – midfielder
With another stellar month in which he set up two goals and scored three himself, including perfectly flighted finishes against Mansfield and Morecambe, the easy-on-the-eye playmaker now stands in double figures in goals and assists.

Charlie Lee (Stevenage) – defensive midfielder
The 30-year-old deep-lying midfielder is appreciated fully by his teammates. Dominant in the air and deployed either to protect the back four or to man-mark, Lee was integral to his team conceding just one goal in five March games.

Shay McCartan (Accrington Stanley) – striker
A haul of six goals in seven games only tells half the story for the mercurial striker, who staged his own personal free-kick competition with stunning efforts against Barnet, Exeter, Morecambe and Grimsby, all of which earned his side points.

Winners will be announced on Friday 7th April 2017.
