The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Yeovil Town this Saturday.
Blackpool host Yeovil Town on Saturday January 21 for the game at Bloomfield Road and the match carries a 3pm kick off.
Referee: Carl Boyeson
Linesmen: Chris Isherwood and Alf Greenwood
Fourth Official: Gary Hilton
Match Day referee Boyeson has officiated 22 games so far in 2016/17 returning 76 yellow cards and two red cards.
His highest card count this season was the game between Northampton Town and Bury where he showed seven yellows.
He took in 31 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 102 yellow cards and five red cards.
He was most card happy in the match between Fleetwood Town and Wigan on December 28 with nine yellow cards shown. Prior to that Crewe Alexandra and Eastleigh in the FA Cup on November 7 saw six yellows and one red. He also showed six yellows and one red between Burton and Rochdale in September. Seven yellows with one red were also shown in February between Bury and Barnsley.
Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
