The Blackpool Gazette have revealed that Neil McDonald wants to keep all five loan players set to leave in the new year at Bloomfield Road and efforts are underway to do so.
Andy Little, Elliot Lee, Dean Lyness, Hayden White and Will Aimson are all set to leave Blackpool shortly which would leave McDonald with a lack of options in several positions, however McDonald is keen not to let this happen.
Deals to keep Lee and Aimson until the end of the season are being discussed whilst permanent deals are also being discussed for White and Little. The manager has also revealed that there are options on some players to extend their loan deals.
With Colin Doyle and Kyle Letheren set to return soon, Dean Lyness may not play for Blackpool again despite some impressive performances for the Seasiders.
