Latvia have called up Blackpool defender Kaspars Gorkss for their upcoming friendly against Moldova on 22nd August.
The game takes place at the same time as Euro2008 qualifiers, on the Wednesday evening.
Gorkss is due to join up with his Latvian team mates on the 19th August, a day after ‘Pool’s game with Bristol City, the same day as the fourth Vital fanzine will be published.
It is almost certain that Kaspars will be back for the Wolves away game on the 25th.

Latvia have been awful recently. Glad that he won’t be missing any matches as I think he deserves a shot in the first team this season and he was unlucky to lose his place last season when he went off to play for Latvia.
