Blackpool have opened up talks with Gary Taylor-Fletcher about a contract offer to bring him back to Bloomfield Road this season. Taylor-Fletcher was one of the players who was out of contract at the end of last season and had not got back to Blackpool, about the previous contract offer from the end of last season.
The 32 year old has been training with Wrexham until recently moving to train with Sheffield Wednesday as he looked for a new club.
GTF joined Blackpool in 2007 from Huddersfield Town, another club who were reportedly interested in the Blackpool striker earlier in pre-season. In 407 professional appearances he has scored 100 goals across 17 seasons for 9 clubs. One of which was the 39th minute equalizer against Cardiff City in the 2010 Play Off in at Wembley, and was a regular player featuring in most of the premier league games.
