After the brilliant start to the league campaign against Leicester, Simon Grayson`s men now turn their attentions to Huddersfield Town in the Carling Cup.
It looks like Larry will change his pack, Evans, Vernon, Hills, Jorgensen, Burgess and Coid looking to start with a view to retaining a place in the side for the Bristol City league game.
Michael Flynn may also be the match squad after missing Saturday’s opener due to injury.
Not sure if he`ll start but Barker was once again brilliant at right back. Going forward he looked a threat and defensively he bossed at the back.
Town will also make some changes from the side that beat Yeovil on Saturday 1-0, Beckett with the gaol. Jon Worthington should start ahead of Holdworth, but former Pool loanee Chris Brandon may have to step aside for Worthington who has been injured.
Big Danny Cadamarteri will miss out again through injury so Beckett will partner either Schofield or Booth.
If he keeps his place in the side he`ll be looking to impress the home crowd. A move in the summer couldn`t be agreed between the two parties, and instead Taylor-Fletcher make the move to the seaside.
The sides met the F.A. Cup last season, with a Hoolahan penalty separating the two. Pool also enjoyed a double in the League. 3-1 at Bloomfield, Parker, Southern, Morrell and now Seasider Taylor-Fletcher with the away goal for Town.
At the Galpharm Williams and Jorgensen grabber a 2-0 win for the away side.
