The EFL have announced the officials who will take charge or Blackpool’s game at Bury this weekend, they are:
Referee: JEREMY SIMPSON
Assistant Referees: Shaun Hudson and Akil Howson
Fourth Official: Marc Edwards
Acording to website soccerbase, Simpson has taken charge of 28 games this season giving out 114 yellow cards and 5 red cards.
One of his most card happy game this season was Preston v QPR in December where a total of 7 cards were shown, 5 yellow and 2 red with both Baptiste and Mackie both seeing red cards.
His last Blackpool game was earlier in the season in the football league trophy, when Blackpool drew 1-1 with Wigan Athletic but later ost on penalties at Bloomfield Road. During this game 2 yellow cards were shown.
