Ex Charlton manager Jose Riga was yesterday looking at alternative jobs in England after stepping down as manager of Charlton Athletic.
Riga took over at Charlton from Chris Powell, and leaded Charlton to safety before the final game of the season.
Speaking to the express newspaper Riga said ‘I would like to stay in England now. I wasn’t aware of the level of the Championship but that makes the beauty of football in England. Hopefully I can stay.’
‘I have heard about Blackpool and also Birmingham, so we will see in the next weeks.’
