Vital Quotes:

Ramos – Blackpoolio?

Tottenham Hotspur Team News:

Ramson may change things round slightly for his first game bringing back Paul Robinson who had a ‘calf injury` by calf they might have meant dip in form. He`ll replace Radek Cerny who played in the 2-1 defeat to Blackburn on Sunday. Jermaine Jenas may also return after a a hamstring injury. Spurs have been on a bit of a bad run in the league but in the League Cup progress after beating Middlesborough 2-0 at the Lane, which was their last win in any competition.

Player to watch: Robbie Keane

The Republic or Ireland international has scored 6 league goals and 2 european goals so far this season from 12 starts. With a host of strikers at the club Keane has continued to be the pick of the bunch. Berbatov has hit 2, Defo 0 in the league and 3 in the UEFA cup against a team of farmers, and Bent with 1 in the league and 1 in Europe. He smashed in a penatly at the weekend against Brad Freidal and will be looking to grab his first cup goal of the season tomorrow night.

Blackpool Team News:

Andy Morrell may return after missing the WBA and Sheffield Wednesday match with a back strain. He will either sit on the bench or replace either Parker or Vernon although Vernon has improved in the last two games. Burgess is joined on the sidelines by Keith Southern both will be very unlikely to play and Michael Jackson is hopeful he can recover from a stomach strain which caused him to miss the defeat at Hillsborough at the weekend. With Southern out but Morrel back, the squad should stay pretty much the same with either Flynn or Jorgi stepping off the bench to replace Southern.

Player to watch: Andy Morrell

Not really sure who to pick after the performance on Saturday so all eyes will be on the returning Andy Morrell to inspire the Seasiders. Morrel has four goals this season making him the top scorer for the team unfortunately none of the goals have been in matches the team have gone on to win.

Match Facts & Stats

The two sides last met in the F.A. Cup at Bloomfield Road in January 1991. A very windy night at the Seaside evened the two sides out to create the perfect opportunity for a cup upset. Former Blackpool player Paul Stewart scored the only goal of the game. Spurs went on to win the FA Cup beating Forest in the Final.

Match Prediction:

Spurs 2 – 1 Blackpool – After extra time, should be able to pop a goal past Robbo in goal.
