Blackburn look for a first win in three when free-scoring Rotherham visit – another battle between two sides who would look to be there or thereabouts will see third place Bradford welcome a Fleetwood side to Valley Parade seeking a win to close in on the play off places.
Struggling Bury take on Oxford whereas Doncaster – who eased their own worries with a win on Saturday – take on League One leaders Shrewsbury, who currently hold a three point lead.
Gillingham parted company with their manager following a poor start to the season – a change of fortunes will be hopes for when fifth place Scunthorpe go to Priestfield. Bottom side Oldham also took the decision to sack their boss ahead of Peterborough’s, second, visit to Boundary Park.
Midtable Walsall – ending their own run of three without a win – welcome Charlton, who are looking for a first win in four, ending successive defeats with a draw at the weekend.
Having lost in a five goal thriller against potential promotion rivals Peterborough on Saturday, Wigan look to get back on track at second bottom Plymouth, who have lost four of their last five and won only once since returning to League One.
