A few weeks after the departure of Paul Ince as Blackpool manager and the Seasiders have still not appointed a man in charge of the team.

Since then Blackpool have had team captain Barry Ferguson in charge, and things have slowly been changing for the better, with a point gained on Saturday following a good point at home to Forest could he be the man to keep us up?

Several Blackpool players have recently stood up to show their full support for Ferguson, and this gas also been showing on the pitch with their team spirits and willing performances.

Another noticeable point is the attacking football now showing through after the negative performance under Ince’s management styles.

Is it now time for Oyston to put his trust in him so that he can build up his coaching team, and then get Barry back training and on the bench ready to plug gaps in the midfield should some appear.
