The last 12 games: 10 defeats, 2 draws. A possible 2 points from 33 (one of the games was an FA cup fixture) and without a manager. Could things get any worse?

Our run of form is disastrous, if we started the season in the form we`re in now we`d be bottom. How worrying.

The situation at the club at the minute is awful. A lack of needed investment in this window means we are still desperately short of players and the failure to appoint a full time manager after Saturday`s game means the team are uneasy.

Ferguson isn`t at all sure what his future holds, all he knows is that he is coaching the team until Oyston makes his mind up. Either give Barry the job or tell him to return to his playing duties. His presence in midfield has certainly been missed.

At least the Tom Ince situation is clear now, him moving on is probably for the best. Undoubtedly, Tom has been our standout player for the past couple of seasons and he will certainly be missed in Tangerine. His dad getting sacked and his desire to play in the Premier League are the two predominant reasons for his departure; I wish him all the best wherever he ends up.

The transfer window ends this Friday. We still certainly need another right back, a centre back, a winger, a centre midfielder and maybe another striker. Whether players of these positions will arrive by the deadline we are unsure, but certainly bringing in players and appointing a manager are the priorities at this moment in time.

The result against Reading simply showed how much work needs to be put in to turn things around. Oyston is the man with all the power to sort the club out, it`s entirely down to him to turn this horrible situation around.
