Moaning about officials – lovely!
So Pool took all three points in a seven goal thriller away at Watford on Saturday, but we ask how did referee Mr East do?
The official, who has brandished 23 yellow cards in 10 games, didn’t get such a warm reception from our forum members – despite the mood following the last gasp winner by Alan Gow. He ended with a rating of 1.83 – dismal.
Some thoughts:
Missed the o’toole headbut in first 5 mins. Missed edwards being pulled down for a penalty, missed a handball in the box for us.
Complete idiot.
The clown was either bent or a complete idiot. My guess would be both!
Very difficult conditions for everybody, he should have sent their last man off in the first half, for bringing Gow down, ended up giving Watford a free kick and booking a Blackpool player for dissent, could have been GTF or Southern. Second half it looked as though his palm had been crossed with 30 pieces of silver or he’d had a promise from Elton.
