Every one of the six games remaining are important, but Saturday`s match against Tranmere is one of the ‘big ones’.

The big news is that Paul Rachubka is set to the miss the game after he picked up a hamstring injury in training this week. The America who is on loan from Monday`s opponents Huddersfield has made 8 starts for the Seasiders conceding 5 goals. His place should go back to Rhys Evans who has recovered from a virus.

The other news is that Ben Burgess is set to miss the run in with a knee injury which has kept him out of recent games. Keith Southern is in contention for a starting place after a knee injury, he played a substitute`s role at the end of the win last Saturday against Crewe.

Player to watch: Ian Evatt

Consistency has been key this season at the back and Evo` has brought it to the side. Still looking to add to that one goal this season he`ll be looking for it against Tranmere

Tranmere welcome back two players, skipper Ian Goodison is available after a one-match ban and loanee John Thompson is back from a knee problem.

Paul Mclaren is missing again with Calvin Zola, Steven Davies and Danny Harrison looking to break into the first eleven

Player to watch: Chris Greenacre

The much travelled forward has hit the back of the net 18 times this season. He hit the opener in the away fixture between the two sides at Prenton Park on two minutes and will be a handful for Evatt and co.
