For poll twelve we looked at the future of manager Simon Grayson and dispite over half of you wanting rid of the gaffer he`s still in charge.

A fifth of voters said that if we lost the next two games we should keep him, those two games were Oldham a loss and Doncaster a draw. So it means 20% predicted correctly that he`d be still here.

14 percent thought that he should have gone after the after the Carlisle defeat and 12 % thing that his future will be decided after the Crewe game.

But half of you though that a defeat to Oldham and then Doncaster would have been the final straw, but with a point being secured at Doncaster and now the home win against Orient it looks like Grayson job is secure for the time being.

The next Poll is to look at what you believe is achievable this season from our current position,

Second will do
Play-off Fun
Relegation scrap
