In our latest votes for Vital Man of the Match, Chris Basham has picked up the man of the match award for the Sheffield Wednesday game whilst Matt Gilks has picked up the MOM award for his performance against Peterborough.
Basham, back from a long term injury, had a superb game against the Owls in the League Cup (despite defeat) and was very unlucky to be subbed. Indeed, his performance in that game has seen him move back into first team contention at a very welcome time.
Meanwhile, Matt Gilks was back to his best against Peterbrough, producing a string of fine saves.
