But the national paper say that his personal demands were too much for the club.
However, any such reports should be taken with a pinch of salt. Although the Seasiders have identified over 15 players as potential targets, they have been coy in the media about signings.
Whether a forward who’s only scored goals (or indeed played) for Bayern’s ‘B’ team is out of our reach remains questionable.
