Blackpool are ready to tie up a loan deal for Southend United’s Ryan Hall.

The 24-year-old has this morning tweeted ‘Early Bird Catches The Worm! Hopefully Today Is A Prosperous Day #PositiveThoughts’ with an accompanied picture of Bloomfield Road.

The Seasiders had hoped to complete a move for the midfielder on deadline day but failed to finish paperwork in time. Instead, Hall will join on an emergency 93-day loan with a view to a permanent transfer in January.

Always a stand-out performer for Paul Sturrock’s side, speculation over his future, and the player eventually wanting away, has angered supporters at Roots Hall. He hasn’t played for the club since firm interest from Pool surfaced.

Hall can operate centrally and from wide, providing Ian Holloway with added options; the expectation is that there could be further fringe players going out on loan.
