Stephen Crainey makes his first start of the season for The Seasiders today away at Ipswich Town.

The left back has struggled with injuries throughout the campaign, and replaces the unfortunate Danny Coid in the back four.

Ian Evatt is another who drops to the bench, as he pays the price for poor defending against Doncaster Rovers last week, most notably James Coppinger’s winner. Rob Edwards comes in and skippers the side in Evo’s place.

One other change sees the suspended Charlie Adam in the stands – Claus Jorgensen comes in from the cold to partner David Fox in the middle of midfield.

Blackpool:

Gilks
Baptiste – Barker – Edwards (c) – Crainey
O’Donovan – Fox – Jorgensen – Vaughan
Taylor-Fletcher – Campbell

Subs: Rachubka, Coid, Evatt, Owens, Ormerod.
