Preston have only won once at Bloomfield Road in this division since 1933.
Remarkably, ‘Pool didn’t beat their close rivals at home until 1925.
The highest scoring game came in 1926 at Deepdale – a 6-4 win for the home team.
However, Blackpool got their own back four years later when they thrashed PKE 5-1!
Incidentally, ‘Pool – as you all know – beat PKE 7-0 away from home in the old First Division in 1948.
