Foxy has put pen to paper to sign on for another two years at Bloomfield Road, with the option of a third year. The deal will keep the midfielder at the club until the summer of 2009.

Foxy, who will make his 50th league appearance for the Tangerines at Sheffield Wednesday this weekend, is delighted to have committed his future to the club. Fox told the Blackpool Official website :’I’m delighted with it really. I love it here and I never want to leave.’

This is great news for the club and the player himself, who seems settled and enjoying life in the Championship with Pool. Foxy is still young and has the potential to progress still further as a player. This may also spark one or two other players to committ themselves to the club… Keigan Parker next?

Did he purposely choose to announce this when TP was on holiday? LOL!

That’s it, he’s going on the back of my home shirt, at least now I know I won’t jinx it and have him end up leaving like Clarkie did! =[
    G’on Foxy, lad!

Well I hope he does improve….

Although he does seem to love being at the club, so maybe he should be the one trying to entice new players to the club.
