The FA have this evening confirmed that Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has been fined £2,000 and given a one match touchline ban.

The disciplinary follows Ollie being charged with improper conduct after Tuesday night’s 2-2 draw with Coventry, during which the ‘Pool boss claimed that fourth official Guy Stretton wouldn’t allow him to substitute injured defender Ian Evatt when the Seasiders were defending a Coventry corner, from which the Sky Blues scored.

Ollie will now sit in the stands for Saturday’s home game with Bristol City.
