M Oliver was the man in black for the 1-1 draw between Blackpool and Coventry at the weekend, but how did our forum members think he did?

Oliver, whose dad has also officiated in the Football League, is the games youngest professional referee at 23.

But sympathy was put aside from the voters, who gave him an average of 3.45 out of 10.

A total of 5 for me. How these people think they deserve £1000.00 per game is beyond me.

Reminded me of his dad – unfortunately.

I didn’t think he was that bad. Certainly not the worst we have seen this season. And for that reason I will give him a whopping 5.

3/10. Clearly not up to it! Looked to be overawed by the occasion, so god help us if we ever get the South Stand built!
