The time has come to evaluate the season that is fast approaching us, the rumor mill is spinning fast as player names are linked with moves to and from the seaside.

Player recruitment so far this season has been slow so far this season with only 2 players re-signing and one joining the club permanently after a successful loan spell at the end of last season.
Blackpool have secured the services of Barry Ferguson and Kirk Broadfoot for an extra season after they rejoined the Seasiders after their contracts ran out in the summer, this followed much disappointment as key players including, Ludo Sylvestre, Alex Baptiste and Stephen Crainey joined other clubs rejecting pools contract offers.
