Site Poll #21

Over the last week, we asked ‘What is the best midfield combination?’ for The Seasiders.

The duo of Keith Southern and David Fox won the poll by a county mile as they totted up 64% of the vote. Lagging behind were Jorgensen and Southern (my preferred choice) and Jorgi partnering Fox.

Fox and Southern: 64%
Southern and Jorgensen: 22%
Jorgensen and Fox: 14%

This topic has certainly sparked a lot of debate on the forum over the last seven days, with Jorgensen and Fox playing together at the moment as the midfield general Keith Southern is injured.

Some fans cannot understand why Fox is in the team, whereas others think Jorgensen is a waste of space. The midfield must be the most talked about position this season, and with Marcus Bean being left out of the squad whilst Southern is away, means his supporters have been very vocal with their displeasure.

One thing is for certain that Blackpool – whatever division they`re in – need to strengthen that area of the pitch.
