Scunthorpe 2-0 Huddersfield

Billy Sharp`s brace in the second half secured Scunthorpe promotion in to the Championship for the first time in 44 years. Sharp struck twice in the second half to secure the win, Scunthorpe still are to be named champions with Bristol City six points behind.

Bristol City 2-0 Yeovil

Bristol kept their automatic spot with a home win over Yeovil, Lee Johnson scored against his former side before the break. In the second half Scott Guyett was sent off for fouling Enoch Showunmi in the box, Bradley Orr dispatched the penalty. Yeovil manager Russell Slade is set to appeal against the red card.

Brentford 2-4 Nottingham Forest

Forest came from two goals down to beat bottom of the table Brentford. The home side took the lead in the first half and doubled before the break, Thomas Pinault and Charlie Ide with the goals. After the break goals from Prutton, Commons, Holt and Commons second secured the win.

Oldham 0-2 Cheltenham

Oldham were booed off after a defeat to Cheltenham, both goals came in the first half, Odejayi and Finnigan with the first half strikes. Oldham keeper Les Pogliacomi was replaced at half time by Blayney after a poor first half, that defeat puts Oldham`s place in the play-off in doubt with Carlisle??.

Rotherham 0-1 Carlisle

This win for Carlisle put the Cumbrians one point behind Oldham who occupy the last play-off spot. The defeat for the Millers relegated them to league two. Kevin Gray with the only goal in the game, finishing from a deflected Danny Graham free kick.

Bournemouth 2-2 Swansea

Swansea kept their play-offs alive coming back in the last ten minutes to secure a point away at Bournemouth. Marc Wilson and David McGoldrick gave the home side the lead, Alan Tate got one goal back on 83 and Trundle grabbed the point on 88. Swansea are three points behind Oldham.
