Blackpool were in two places at once today, as they played Bury at Gigg Lane whilst at the same time making the trip to Scotland and facing Livingston.

Blackpool facing Bury:

Evans

Barker – Jackson – Evatt – Crainey

Forbes – Southern – Fox – Taylor-Fletcher

Morrell – Vernon

Ok, I admit it: I wasn`t at either game today. I chose Blackburn v FK Veltra instead as that was only a quid to get into, which for European football (make of that what you will!) isn`t bad value for my money I thought! *Awaits the chopper backlash*

40/50 fans (apparently) paid their money to watch a half-cop friendly and were treated to an absolute thriller! ‘Pool had three chances in the opening period with Scott Vernon, Andy Morrell and Gary TF going close.

Platos from the forum had this to say midway through the game:

“Just had another call we have 50 fans tops and Bury has around 200. You can hear every word the players and refs are saying it’s so quiet.

The informant had to get of the phone as everyone was listening to what she was saying the match is that boring.”

The second half brought changes, more chances but no real quality, with Kaspars Gorkss nearly winning it for the ‘Pool late on.

So, 0-0, glad I went to th`Ewood in the end!

Platos said at the end of the game that:

“0-0 Crap game Gorkss was MOM in reporters view.

All these games are b***ocks as far as seeing good football so why the hell do they charge so much?”
