The League One season continued with the latest round of games played over the weekend.

Wigan regained the League One leadership following a win at Rotherham – this proved enough due to Shrewsbury slipping up at home against promotion rivals Bradford.

Blackburn and Scunthorpe boosted their own promotion hopes with home wins over Bristol Rovers and Charlton – also vying for the play offs – respectively.

At the other end Northampton and Bury shared the points, which would please the visiting Shakers more. Meanwhile, Rochdale secured something of a surprising win over Peterborough as Plymouth slipped to defeat at Portsmouth, the side who piped the Pilgrims to the League Two title last season on the final day.

Here’s a round-up of the League One results.
