In breaking news this afternoon, Blackpool have officially announced that centre half Ian Evatt has signed a new contract with the club.
The Seasiders had taken up their option on the 29 year old back in May, but following reported interest from other clubs have moved to tie down the 2011 Vital Player of the Season on a two year deal with a one year option.
The club have also this afternoon officially confirmed that youngsters Ash Eastham and Liam Tomsett has signed one year deals with one year options.
