Name: Jack

Age: 16

Live: The heart of Lancashire – Ansdell.

Marital Status: Single, but emotionally attached! (That`s got to be a better way of putting what JC did the other week?*Haha*)

First Game: Home game, Port Vale in October 1993. We lost the game 3-1, although I don`t remember it?obviously!

First Away game: Wigan at Springfield Park. Not a clue when it was, all I recall is a striker with long fuzzy hair doing a somersault (Stuart Barlow?), scoring a hat trick and us losing 3-0!

Favourite Former players: Richie Wellens and John Murphy. Loved watching the both of them play. We`ve missed Richie somewhat and ‘that` goal against Port Vale from halfway will stay with me forever! I favoured Murphs more though; with his crucial goals and his all round play was fantastic. I believe BJM made Brett Ormerod what he is (some may say was!) today.

Favourite Current player: Shaun Barker – best player we`ve had done Bloomfield Road in a very long time for me: absolute stand out player even in our great squad. He`s won player of the season on the site, and he`s been playing out of position for the whole campaign – that alone shows how good the man is.

Favourite games:

Scunthorpe the other week has got to be up there somewhere, along with Stoke City away where Martin Aldridge (RIP) scored three. Kidderminster away on TV sticks in the memory. I`ve been to nearly every home game possible throughout my 13/14 years watching the ‘pool, but obviously can`t remember that many! The Millennium Stadium games were memorable but none of these will compare to if we clinch promotion at the new Wembley!

Any final thoughts:

Well, the next few weeks are massive for the club. This season has been the best I`ve ever seen, clearly, and the increase in attendance signals this. The club seems to be more professional all round this season – perhaps that`s down to Normunds’ impact? The playing side has thrived from investment, and I`m enjoying going to Bloomers more now than I have ever done. As I grow older I`m able to get away more often now, and I`ve had a couple of fantastic days out with the lads from the site, and long may that continue. We ARE going up – I`m certain. Having never seen the mighty above League One level, we have to go on to The Championship! Destiny calls?
